The first thing you need to do is check your spam folder, in most cases when the email does not arrive it's because it has gone to spam. If this happens you need to mark the email as safe and move it into your primary inbox. You can then add the sender's email address as a contact so that this does not happen again.

If you can still not locate the email, then go to your email search bar and type in 'Equinties'. This should help locate all of the emails that we have sent to you. 

The simplest way to stop important emails from landing in your Promotions tab is to drag and drop that email into your Primary tab.

1. Open Gmail and find the email in your Promotions tab.

2. Drag and drop the email from Promotions to Primary. You'll see the Primary tab turn red when you've done this successfully.
